Regulamin zakupu i korzystania z Bonów Podarunkowych w salonie Tallulah Hair & Beauty

 

I. Warunki ogólne zakupu Bonu.

1. Bony podarunkowe upoważniają do skorzystania ze wszystkich usług oferowanych w salonie Tallulah Hair & Beauty w Warszawie przy ul. Kopernika 5:

– usług fryzjerskich

– usług kosmetycznych

– usług manicure/pedicure

Bony podarunkowe upoważniają również do zakupu dowolnych produktów/kosmetyków dostępnych w sprzedaży w salonie Tallulah Hair & Beauty.

2. W ofercie są dostępne Bony Podarunkowe kwotowe na określoną, wybraną przez Kupującego kwotę. Wartość Bonów oraz wzory opublikowane są na stronie internetowej www.tallulah.pl/sklep.

3. Bony można zakupić przez sklep internetowy na stronie internetowej www.tallulah.pl/sklep. Istnieje również możliwość zakupu Bonu Podarunkowego bezpośrednio w recepcji salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty przy ul. Kopernika 5 w Warszawie.

4. Zapłata za Bon Podarunkowy dokonywana jest przez płatności elektroniczne w ramach sklepu internetowego na stronie www.tallulah.pl/sklep lub za pomocą karty płatniczej / gotówki w recepcji salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty.

5. Bon podarunkowy nie może zostać wymieniony na gotówkę.

6. Każdy Bon oznaczony jest unikatowym numerem identyfikacyjnym rejestrowanym w systemie Właściciela salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty. Widniejący na Bonie numer upoważnia do wykorzystania Bonu.

7. Bony można zrealizować do 12 miesięcy od daty zakupu. Data ważności bonu umieszczona jest na bonie wysyłanym w formie elektronicznej lub zakupionym bezpośrednio w salonie Tallulah Hair & Beauty.

8. Niewykorzystanie bonu podarunkowego zgodnie z terminem określonym w treści bonu, jest równoznaczne z utratą ważności bonu podarunkowego i nie stanowi podstawy do wystąpienia jego posiadacza z jakimikolwiek roszczeniami wobec Tallulah Hair & Beauty w tym zakresie.

9. Wydanie Bonu Podarunkowego nie stanowi sprzedaży opodatkowanej podatkiem od towarów i usług (VAT) w rozumieniu obowiązujących przepisów prawa podatkowego. Dokument sprzedaży wydawany jest w momencie nabycia produktów lub realizacji usługi.

 

II. Realizacja Bonu.

1. Z bonu podarunkowego można skorzystać wielokrotnie, jeśli pozwala na to jego wartość. Koszt wykorzystanej usługi lub koszt zakupionego produktu zostaje odliczony od wartości bonu i pozwala wykorzystać bon po raz kolejny. Kupującemu nie przysługuje prawo otrzymania reszty w gotówce, jeśli wartość usługi / towaru jest niższa od aktualnej wartości Bonu. Pozostała, niewykorzystana wartość Bonu pozostaje do wykorzystania przy następnych wizytach w okresie ważności Bonu.

2. Bon podarunkowy można wykorzystać jednokrotnie, jeśli wartość bonu pokrywa się z wartością wybranej usługi lub produktu.

3. Jeśli wartość usługi / produktu przewyższa bieżącą wartość bonu, Kupujący może dopłacić do posiadanego Bonu wymaganą różnicę gotówką lub kartą płatniczą/kredytową. Dopłata następuje bezpośrednio w recepcji salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty.

4. Usługa zostaje wykonana po okazaniu bonu lub przedstawieniu unikatowego numeru identyfikacyjnego widocznego na zakupionym bonie.

5. Aby zrealizować bon, należy umówić wcześniej wizytę w salonie Tallulah Hair & Beauty – telefonicznie, za pomocą systemu rezerwacyjnego lub osobiście.

 

III Zwrot Bonu.

1. Kupujący Bon w sklepie internetowym Tallulah Hair & Beauty ma prawo odstąpić od umowy sprzedaży Bonu Podarunkowego bez podawania jakiejkolwiek przyczyny w terminie 14 dni od zawarcia umowy, jeżeli nie wykorzystał wcześniej Bonu na zrealizowanie usługi lub zakup produktu. Odstąpienie od Umowy i jej zwrot podlegają zasadom odstąpienia i zwrotu wynikających z obowiązujących przepisów prawa.

2. Aby zwrócić zakupiony Bon, Kupujący powinien w ciągu 14 dni wypełnić oświadczenie o odstąpieniu od umowy. Wzór oświadczenia jest załącznikiem do niniejszego Regulaminu.

3. Wartość Bonu jest przekazywana Kupującemu przelewem na konto bankowe lub gotówką w recepcji salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty.

 

IV. Reklamacje.

1. Kupujący ma prawo zgłosić reklamację w przypadku:

– otrzymania Bonu o wartości niezgodnej z zamówieniem

– braku otrzymania Bonu w wersji elektronicznej lub papierowej

– otrzymania Bonu bez unikatowego numeru identyfikacyjnego.

2. Zgłoszenie Reklamacji powinno zawierać: imię, nazwisko, dane kontaktowe, okoliczności uzasadniające reklamację oraz konkretne żądanie Kupującego związane ze składaną reklamacją.

3. Reklamacja może być złożona w formie elektronicznej (e-mail) na adres: salon@tallulah.pl lub pisemnie na adres Właściciela.

4. Właściciel rozpoznaje Reklamację w ciągu 14 dni roboczych od otrzymania Reklamacji. Kupujący otrzyma informację o sposobie rozpatrzenia reklamacji drogą elektroniczną (e-mail) na adres podany w drodze składania reklamacji bądź pisemnie.

 

V. Ochrona Danych Osobowych

1. Administratorem danych osobowych jest właściciel salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty Paweł Felis prowadzący działalność jako Tallulah Paweł Felis w Warszawie (00-367), ul. Kopernika 5 lok. U2, NIP 959-106-98-72, REGON: 290851641.

2. Dane osobowe są przetwarzane przez Właściciela zgodnie z przepisami prawa oraz wyłącznie w celu wydania Bonów Podarunkowych oraz obsługi transakcji z wykorzystaniem Bonów Podarunkowych, prowadzenia komunikacji z Kupującymi oraz rozpatrywania reklamacji, a także w zakresie archiwizacji i ewidencji prowadzonych działań.

3. Podanie danych osobowych przez Kupującego jest dobrowolne, przy czym brak podania określonych danych osobowych może wiązać się z utrudnieniem lub brakiem możliwości zakupu Bonu Podarunkowego za pośrednictwem Sklepu Internetowego na stronie www.tallulah.pl/sklep i jego skutecznym doręczeniem.

4. Odbiorcami danych osobowych są wyłącznie pracownicy salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty odpowiedzialni za przetwarzanie i realizację zamówień.

5. Dane osobowe są przechowywane przez okres niezbędny do realizacji czynności związanych z zakupem i realizacją Bonu Podarunkowego.

6. Właściciel salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty zapewnia osobom, których dane osobowe przetwarza, prawo dostępu do treści własnych danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, zmiany, usunięcia, a także prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych lub wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec takiego przetwarzania danych.

VII. Postanowienia końcowe.

1. Kupujący Bon Podarunkowy, jak również posiadacz Bonu Podarunkowego oświadcza, że zapoznał się z treścią niniejszego Regulaminu, akceptuje jego treść w całości i zobowiązuje się przestrzegać jego zapisów.
2. Zakup Bonu Podarunkowego stanowi potwierdzenie, że Kupujący, jak również posiadacz Bonu Podarunkowego akceptuje warunki zawarte w niniejszym regulaminie.

3. W przypadku sytuacji nieujętych w niniejszym Regulaminie decyzje podejmuje pełnomocnik właściciela Tallulah Hair & Beauty lub bezpośrednio Właściciel. Wszystkie decyzje podejmujemy w trosce o jak najlepszą współpracę z klientem i jego zadowolenie z usługi.

 

VIII. Definicje użyte w Regulaminie.

Bon. Bon podarunkowy przesyłany w formie elektronicznej lub przekazywany w wersji drukowanej.

Salon Tallulah Hair & Beauty. Salon fryzjerski i kosmetyczny przy ul. Kopernika 5 lok. U2 w Warszawie.

Właściciel salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty. Właścicielem salonu jest Paweł Felis prowadzący działalność gospodarczą jako Tallulah Paweł Felis z siedzibą w Warszawie (00-367) przy ul. Kopernika 5 lok. U2, NIP 959-106-98-72, REGON 290851641. 

Sklep internetowy Tallulah. Sklep internetowy na stronie www.tallulah.pl/sklep

Kupujący. Osoba dokonująca zakupu Bonu Podarunkowego przez sklep internetowy na stronie www.tallulah.pl/sklep lub bezpośrednio w recepcji salonu Tallulah Hair & Beauty.

Terms and Conditions for the purchase and use of Gift Vouchers in the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon

I. General conditions for the purchase of the Voucher.
1. Gift vouchers authorize to use all the services offered in the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon in Warsaw, ul. Kopernika 5:
– hairdressing services
– beauty services
– manicure / pedicure services
Gift vouchers also authorize the purchase of any products / cosmetics available for sale in the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon.

2. The offer includes Gift Vouchers for a specific amount chosen by the Buyer. The value of Vouchers and designs are published on the website www.tallulah.pl/sklep.

3. Vouchers can be purchased through the online store at www.tallulah.pl/sklep. You can also purchase a Gift Voucher directly at the reception of the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon, ul. Kopernika 5 in Warsaw.

4. Payment for a Gift Voucher is made via electronic payments as part of the online store at www.tallulah.pl/sklep or using a payment card / cash at the reception of the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon.

5. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Each Voucher is marked with a unique identification number registered in the system of the Tallulah Hair & Beauty Owner. The number on the voucher entitles you to use the voucher.

7. Vouchers can be redeemed up to 12 months from the date of purchase. The voucher’s expiration date is placed on the voucher sent electronically or purchased directly at Tallulah Hair & Beauty.

8. Failure to use the gift voucher in accordance with the deadline specified in the content of the voucher is tantamount to the loss of validity of the gift voucher and does not constitute grounds for its holder to make any claims against Tallulah Hair & Beauty in this regard.
9. Selling a Gift Certificate does not constitute a sales taxed with goods and services (VAT) within the meaning of applicable tax law. The sales document is issued when the products are purchased or the service is carried out.

II. Using the Voucher.
1. A gift voucher may be used many times if its value allows it. The cost of the service used or the cost of the product purchased is deducted from the value of the voucher and allows you to use the voucher again. The buyer is not entitled to receive the change in cash if the value of the service / good is lower than the current value of the voucher. The remaining, unused value of the Voucher remains to be used on subsequent visits during the voucher’s validity period.
2. A gift voucher may be used once if the value of the voucher coincides with the value of the selected service or product.
3. If the value of the service / product exceeds the current value of the voucher, the Buyer may pay the required difference to the voucher in cash or by payment / credit card. The payment is made directly at the reception of the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon.
4. The service is made after presenting the voucher or presenting the unique identification number visible on the purchased voucher.
5. To redeem the voucher, make an appointment in advance for Tallulah Hair & Beauty – by phone, using the reservation system or in person.

III Return of the Gift Voucher.
1. Buyers of the Gift voucher in the Tallulah Hair & Beauty online store have the right to withdraw from the Gift Voucher sale contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract if they have not previously used the Voucher to perform the service or purchase the product. Withdrawal from the Contract and its return are subject to the rules of withdrawal and return arising from applicable law.
2. To return the purchased Voucher, the Buyer should complete a statement of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days. The model declaration is an attachment to these Regulations.
3. The value of the Voucher is transferred to the Buyer by transfer to a bank account or in cash at the reception of the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon.

IV. Complaints.
1. The buyer has the right to file a complaint in the event of:
– receipt of a voucher of a value inconsistent with the order
– no receipt of the Voucher in electronic or paper form
– receive a Voucher without a unique identification number.
2. A complaint should contain: name, surname, contact details, circumstances justifying the complaint and a specific request of the Buyer related to the complaint.
3. The complaint may be submitted in electronic form (e-mail) to the following address: salon@tallulah.pl or in writing to the address of the Owner.
4. The Owner recognizes the Complaint within 14 business days of receiving the Complaint. The buyer will receive information on how to handle the complaint by e-mail to the address provided by the complaint or in writing.

V. Protection of Personal Data
1. The administrator of personal data is the owner of the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon Paweł Felis operating as Tallulah Paweł Felis in Warsaw (00-367), ul. Kopernika 5 U2, NIP 959-106-98-72, REGON: 290851641.
2. Personal data is processed by the Owner in accordance with the law and solely for the purpose of issuing Gift Vouchers and handling transactions using Gift Vouchers, conducting communication with Buyers and examining complaints, as well as archiving and recording of conducted activities.
3. Providing personal data by the Buyer is voluntary, however, failure to provide specific personal data may be associated with the difficulty or inability to purchase a Gift Certificate via the Online Store at www.tallulah.pl/sklep and its effective delivery.
4. The recipients of personal data are only employees of the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon responsible for processing the orders.
5. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to carry out activities related to the purchase and implementation of the Gift Voucher.
6. The owner of the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon provides persons whose personal data is being processed the right to access their personal data, rectify, change or delete them, as well as the right to limit the processing of personal data or object to such data processing.

VII. Final Provisions.
1. The buyer of the Gift Voucher as well as the holder of the Gift Voucher declares that he has read the content of these Regulations, accepts its content in full and undertakes to comply with its provisions.
2. The purchase of a Gift Voucher confirms that the Buyer as well as the Gift Voucher holder accepts the terms and conditions contained in these regulations.
3. In the event of situations not covered in these Regulations, decisions shall be made by the attorney of the owner of Tallulah Hair & Beauty or directly the Owner. We make all decisions out of concern for the best cooperation with the client and his satisfaction with the service.

Voucher. Gift voucher sent electronically or printed.

Owner of Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon. The owner of the salon is Paweł Felis who runs a business as Tallulah Paweł Felis with headquarters in Warsaw (00-367), ul. Kopernika 5 lok. U2, NIP 959-106-98-72, REGON 290851641. 

Tallulah online store. Online store at www.tallulah.pl/sklep

Buyer. A person purchasing a Gift Voucher through the online store at www.tallulah.pl/sklep or directly at the reception of the Tallulah Hair & Beauty salon.
